muskie lakes ?

are there any decent muskie lakes around mankato? been trying to carve some lures an want to try them out this summer

kato. we do have a muskie forum that may reslut with more responses. i know that french by faribault is a stocked muskie lake.

I have heard French over by Faribault has some 'skis in it. Try and contact the local DNR down there-they could steer you in the right direction. If you want to drive a little- Independence in W. Henn. Co. has some in it, and is only 90 min. from 'Kato.

Delmuts, So what exactly are you saying about those of us that hang out in the muskie forum? I had to laugh out loud at that Freudian slip!

wellllllllllllllll ; you have to admit that most of us on this site are a little over the edge ! i was just trying to be helpfull! nothing disrespecfull; i always check that forum out, but since i only get to muskie fish once or twice a year i usually just read. i love my bass and panfish; but those muskies just stirs ones' soul ! del
