Checking Trail Cam

If you guys can't tell I'm in Deer mode (no clue why now, maybe always???). I just bought a Stealth cam and want to know how everybody goes about checking the camera when they (I am) know there are more pictures left on the roll?

View the front of the camera from the side.

Walk up behind it or from the side and take a peak from an angle.

It wont snap a picture unless you are more directly in front of it.

or you could just check it and get some cute pictures of yourself! You could use them for X-Mas cards!
