gonefishin11
Just wondering everyone's favorite recipe:My mom makes a baked fish with cornflakes and parmesean cheese thats fantastic but I dont know the exact recipe at this moment. Ill share it when I get the details. I also enjoy coated fish with seasoned flour (flour, lawry's seasoned salt and grill mates montreal chicken seasoning) and frying in olive oil. hoggsback
I always liked a simple recipe as I like to taste the fish!. I use Ritz crackers, smashed up in a ziplock bag. I dip the fish in egg mixture and coat with crackers. I also shake on lemon pepper. Then fry in olive oil.

tdk
I to like to taste the fish so I make a tin foil pan, lightly coat it with pam. Place the fish(patted dry with paper towels) on the tin foil. Then take some melted butter and lightly baste the fish. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and whatever other seasoning you like and set on the gas grill for about 12 to 15 minutes. Served with some good lake wild rice it doesn't get much better. Leftovers are great reheated because theres no grease involved. Stays nice and moist and firm. It fact that's what's for lunch today. Had to work. Deitz Dittrich
I have posted this one in the Recipee forum as well, but worth posting again because its sooooo easy and soooo good.Take the fillets(I have found perch or sunfish or crappie to work best, if you want to use larger fish after you have a fillet cut into smaller strips.) and coat lightly with mayonaise. Place on a bakeing pan and lightly salt and pepper. Then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese(the real stuff not the stuff in a can.) Place ini the broiler for about 8-9 mins or untill the cheese in golden brown.. DONE!
