0 Corey Bechtold
I would check out the Polar Sport before any others. Let me tell you why. The frabill and eskimo are probably ok houses but aren't made from as good of materials. Canvas is the best material for portable fish houses. The nylon type houses don't breathe and hold in moisture. If you use a heater in your house chances are that you will be getting a shower if the material isn't canvas. The sleds are also of cheaper material and will wear through quicker. I know that when you compare prices the frabill and eskimo may be cheaper but if you spend a little more money and step up to a Polar Sport you will be getting a better house for your money. Check out Polar Sport at www.polarsport.comif you are looking for the total package then look at the Nordic from Polar Sport. This house comes with everything you need to get out on the Ice and catch fish. If there are any other questions that you would like answered let me know and I'll do my best to help you with your decision.Good LuckCorey Bechtold
0 Fishook
Corey - I took a look at the Polar Sport site and liked what I saw. I am interested in the 2-man model but had a couple questions. (1) Is the height of the 2-man 68" or is it 81" (68 + 13)? Confusing when you look at the footnote for the 2 and 3 man as to the actual height. (2) What would be a ball park price on the 2-man? If you do not feel comfortable answering, I can contact the folks at PS direct via email. Thanks.

0 anchor man
I agree with taking a look at the Nordic two man by Polar Sport. I bought one last year and they are a great quality set up. They are very comparable to the Otter, but are less money..and are a little lighter too
0 Scenic
Polar Sport makes excellent houses. I have been using them for about four years now and I am yet to have a problem with any of mine. As mentioned before, that Nordic is a great two man set up and comes complete with seats and even an auger carrier just behind the seats. The sled design is flatter on top rather then the common tapered fronts which gives you much more usable room for seats. Between the workmanship, canvas and the sled this is an all around quality built house. Also don’t over look their ATV trailers for early and late ice. I have one and must say they are tough trailers. You can throw wood or whatever in them and I am yet to wreck one. We have used our’s for everything from hauling fishing equipment out on early and late ice to hauling dirt and even rock. www.polarsport.com
