lawdog
Who here shoots a 16 for pheasants? For years I've been looking to find a nice Rem 1100 used or a good used over/under in 16.Who makes a decent 16 o/u now days? I'm not looking for junk, but I don't want to spend a zillion dollars either... I was disappointed when the 870 came out on the heavy 12 guage frame instead of the LW 20 frame. That's what I wanted to see it on and would have one by now if it did...

riverrat56
I believe the new 1100 16's are one the light frames but not positive on that one. Walnut will run you about 800 bucks last time i checked into it also. My dad and I both shoot 1100 16's and they are great guns, both are over 20 years old i think one is almost 30, i wasnt around when either of them were made or purchased for that matter but they are great guns still and will be for along time the way he cleans them every time out. Sorry though he isnt interested in selling one of them, in fact he's looking to buy another one.......RR56
lawdog
Has anyone seen or shot the European American Armory IZH27 Over/Unders?? They make a 16 gauge and its only about $500.I've seen them advertised for years but I've never seen one of their guns anywhere.
