Nice fish! I wonder if it is the same fish he caught earlier in the year. It wouldn't surprize me if that fish could grow a inch in that period of time with all the forage in Mille lacs right now.

Andyj I don't think it is, the one they landed earlier in the year had a tiny head compared to the body, the one pictured has a massive head...

What a beauty of a fish... I still have not been able to get out and hunt one of them... It's on my todo list... I hear Lake Bemidji is good for Ski's.??? that is about he closest lake to me.. Any ideas..

Canadian side of Lake of the Woods too! Widetrack had some beauties posted in the LOW forum a few weeks back.

Musky fishing is on my to-do list also. I just know LOW is one of the top lakes in the state beside Mille Lacs, Vermilion, Minnetonka, & Leech.
