Does your DNR number change yearly?

I was going to make up a new sign for my otter and was going to use the DNR number instead of drivers license or address . Does anyone know if your DNR number is the same every year or does it change ? I hate to make a nice sign if I have to change it every year. I can't find my old license to compare

if I remember right, it is the same forever for you. I checked a few old licence's and it was the same. Mike89

There have been a few posts about this in the recent past. I think if you take a look at the regs you also need your address along with a few other things. I made my sign for my Otter last year after getting the new shelter tag and the regs for 2004. Good luck I hope this helps.

Just to clear this up, it has come up in the past.

You can use the DNR# OR DL# OR name and address.

Commas in a sentence can also mean OR.
