Dirty Blaze Orange

Did you ever notice that blaze orange is hard to clean, I was looking at my fleece bibs and they have alot of "swamp stains" anyone have an idea on how to clean this black dump????

I'd leave it on and call it Blaze Camo--some guys pay extra bucks for those black splotches.

You mean you can wash blaze orange stuff?

I usually just hang mine outside for several days & call it good. I don't really care if there's mud stains on it, it helps blend with the blood stains...

I wash my hunting cloth every year after the season. Then the following fall I hang them outside a couple of weeks before the upcoming seasons. I don't want my dirty smelly cloths hanging around stinking up the basement. Plus I want my orange to stand out. I don't want to get shot......

I have not found anything to restore blaze once stained, if Tide can't get it out, its there to stay. I like what paceman said, if your concern is being seen, then get some new ones, otherwise, as long as they don;t smell, I don't think the deer care.

During firearm season for deer are we required to wear full blaze orange from head to toe or can it just be the upper body?

I read in the regulations that you can wear camo pattern orange (which if you think about it includes muddy orange) as long as it is 50% orange for every square inch.

Last I read was upper body and head =/> 200 Sq. Inchs...
