FOR SALE: 6.5'X 12' Permanent Fish House

$3500

Features: Vinyl Siding, Crank Down Suspension Frame, 16000 BTU furnace, thermostat, 6 holes and hole lights, steel door, 2 windows, interior and exterior light, flip down bunks with mattresses, under bunk storage, carbon monoxide detector, 2 rattle wheels, treated floor, crank down hitch that allows fish house to be set on ice and left hitched to truck.

This Fish House has only been used once.

It lists out for over $4700. I am willing to sell it for $3500 and you will not have to pay sales tax. This is a great fish house for Mille Lacs or any other lake you want to fish. It is a breeze hauling down the road and easy to set up for fishing!

I was kinda looking at some of the 14 footers similar to yours and I just think they are to darn big. My buddies got a 14 and it's like pulling a semi trailer down the road.
