Spinner speed preference

Tinkering w/ the gearbox assemblies for some decoy spinners & my target speed is 4 rpm.., meaning a decoy swimming a 30" circle would lap around near you feet once every 15 seconds.

My son threw his 2 cents in da mix a thinks double that speed and his brother thinks a bit faster for his liking. Can't do variable speed on this model so I'm looking for input on preferences from slushies who don't owe me money.

Is that the speed of a golf ball? Actually sounds slower but that’s a big circle to cover in 15 seconds.

 

Might as well give it go. Change as needed.

Can't do variable because of an ah issue when voltage is varied at low rpm. I'd like to get em slower but at 2 rpm da dekes drag arse no matter how i tune em. Da golf ball teaser or a hinged decoy, spoons spin in da center & 2- 15" snot rocket dekes swim da 30 " circle.

Been hangin' tree stands & shootin tree rats all day Smurf but I'm on da hardwater every minute in my head brother.
