Keeping your hands warm while out on the ice is sometimes the deal breaker between staying out or heading home. Sometimes all it takes is just a couple minutes of warmth to keep you out on the ice longer. When you're not hunkered down in a Fish Trap it's nice to have an easy-to-use, mobile hand warmer like the Zippo Hand Warmer while out in the elements. This tool can be stored in the pocket of your parka and can be taken out for a quick burst of warmth. The Ice Team Pros plan to have these in their IceArmor pockets this winter to ensure the weather never keeps them from ice fishing!!

What fuel do they run on??I have 4 pocket warmers that use charcoal sticks.Cant remember the name just now?BUT they outpreform any liquid fuel warmers out there.I tried them all.Liquid leaks in your pocket if overfilled.Burns your skin if its in a pant pocket.Fire hazzard if it leaks?? Course I am older and the brand Zippo was a lighter fluid lighter for cigerettes. So I assume this is liquid lighter fluid??Is it??

Try a google with these search words,You'll see what I consider some of the best.Charcoal stick pocket warmer

I tried using another brand- same style a long time ago. Although it worked just fine it was easy to overfill and would leak a little fluid once and a while and was of course a pain in the *** to have fluid with (unless you are an old school smoker and actually use a zippo for some reason anyway). Now you can also carry around a measuring device for the fluid. Sounds convenient to me ;-)

I know it's not 'green' but since I don't use hand warmers but a few times a season so I'll stick with the throw away ones I can have stashed in my bag, truck, boat, blaze coat, etc and know they'll be there when I need one.

1. Don't overfill.

2. Use it in the flame retardant bags that they provide

3. Read the manual

4. stay warm

5. ez

PS - I own one and it works, emits a nice heat but only will know how it truly performs out on the ice.

I'll rest my case>solid non leak fuel,If 1/2 stick is burned and your leaving mush it out and save the stick for later.look here>https://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=hts&oq=&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGLL_enUS526US526&q=Charcoal+stick+pocket+warmer
