MNCPRGUY
I just got home and I can honestly say that ITU was the highlight of my season and provided my son and I some lasting memories to build upon! I cannot begin to explain all of the tips, tricks, and knowledge I picked over the weekend. This alone would have made the trip worthwhile, but the bonds and camaraderie that developed are absolutely priceless! The Ice Team pros are an amazing group of ambassadors for the sport of ice fishing and went out of their way to share their knowledge. Thanks again to everyone, staff and participants alike. While some may feel like the season is coming to a close, for me it's just beginning!
Lawrence Luoma
Awesome report. The good thing is with this nice cover of snow and nice thick ice you'l have till at lest mid-april to be on the ice!!
MNCPRGUY
I was tired last night and went to bed early. The last I saw my son, he was practicing a new fishing knot he learned to tie this weekend and trying to decided which Maki Plastic he was going to use first! I woke up this morning and saw this on my son's bedroom door. I think it's safe to say he is offically hooked! Thanks again ITU!

This was such a great learning experience for me.I made some new friends and saw a few old ones. The seminars were worth the trip alone. The ice conditions were terrible, lot's of snow and slush. The guys worked very hard getting us out on the lakes and on fish.I will remember this weekend for a long time and plan to go next year. Matt Breuer
Love the sticker on the door! I could see the passion and excitement in his eyes on Sat. afternoon, despite the bitter wind and cold!!
Tony Mariotti
Awesome report! You guys did exactly what I hope to do in a few years by making Ice Team University a great family weekend. Watching your son sit in on the Maki plastics seminar on Sat. showed me that the kid is a die-hard! I remember the days of the stickers on the bedroom door, and I have a feeling it's not very long before he'll have the same sticker on his truck :-) The true thanks go out to all of the participants and the guys that put this together, I am just happy that I got to be a part of it! Can't wait for next year, already!

Jim Kusuda
I hope that everyone made it home before the snow. I gave a participant a ride home, he contributed gas money and great conversations. It was smooth sailing after the ice friction quieted, but I occasionally would hear an little chunk spinning off. Thank you Ice Team for putting on a great event! Scott Brauer
It was an awesome weekend, I sat through each seminar and had an opportunity to learn from each person I met. This event is one of a kind, and I can not express how proud I am to wear my IT gear and share the love of this sport on and off the ice. Thanks to all of you participants and pros you have made Luke and I better fisherman!
patsattler
Thanks again to all the pros and participants alike for the fun time. I've got 11 pages of notes from the classroom seminars, not to mention meeting some great people and hearing about fishing in their part of the world. I'm breaking out the local map book tonight to start finding me a good panfish lake in my area so I can practice with my new toys. If it fits my schedule, I'll see everybody next year!
