Has anyone else emailed them and never received a response? I emailed them 2 or 3 weeks ago about my Jason Mitchell Meatstick issue. I used the rod 2 outings and the tip of the rod snapped in 2 on a 7" crappie.

I will try messaging them again, but I'm kind of frustrated, by not having my new rod, as I can't find them in stores anymore. (just the rod, not the combo)

I had an issue with a JM house that I bought.....emailed,got a response right away.......emailed back info that I needed to, called to make sure everything was there and nothing happened....called again ,was told I needed to email info (which I already did ,and verified they got it) , so I sent it again, was told a few days.....and nothing.....called again ,resent info for third time ( which I didn't change anything, just fwd. old email from middle of DEC) and bang 2 MONTHS later all was righted in the world. Glad they took care of it but very frustrated it took 2 months. The parts I needed were in stock according to customer service so not sure what the hang up was other than it seemed like the person helping me was not organized at all. Hopefully it works out better for you.
