WI is completed, season E for my group.

I am in for season D in Wisconsin.

I'm in for D season also.  Season lasted only about 45 minutes last year.  Gonna try a bit harder for a couple left over tags this year.

WI Bonus tags go on sale at 10AM each of these days for that zone.

Zone 1 - Monday, March 18

Zone 2 - Tuesday, March 19

Zone 3 - Wednesday, March 20

Zone 4 - Thursday, March 21

Zone 5 - Friday, March 22

Zone 6 - Friday, March 22

I might be interested in a bonus tag, does a hunter have to pay all of the original fees to get one? License + stamp I already purchased the license and stamp for my D season.

Once you buy the main tag you can purchase one of these on the dates they go on sale. Out of state they are $15 .

 

Most springs  I will get a bonus tag for season C and then an bonus for my main hunt Season E. Link below will have the tags left in each zone and season. Looks like tags left for Season's C,D,E,F but not for all zones.

Buddy of mine near Ellsworth, WI said he found 6 dead turkeys in a small area right around his cabin. I'm hunting that area and he's got me worried.

That really stinks. I'm trying to remember but the last few bad winters even north of the cities the big snow we got and then freezing rain at the end of the winter was bad. We found a dozen frozen dead birds. We just started to get back to numbers the last couple years.Going out this weekend to put cameras out and scout.

 

Hoping I do not find any birds this year.
