Giant Fall lake trout

A crazy 3 day trip where we catch 9 Trophy Lake trout. The trout were super shallow and in spawn mode. We caught the most trout on Williams Wobbler spoons. This was shot on October 6-8 on Gods lake at Elk Island Lodge, Canada, Manitoba. The biggest lake trout was 43.75 inches and approximately 37 pounds. Thank you for watching!! Only during the winter. 

 

Actually, looking at their page it doesn't look like it.  They only talk about open water seasons.  Fly in/ outpost type stuff. No roads.

Oh it might be peaking through here and there!  Been chained to work and house projects for so long I think I'm forgetting what play time is!

Maybe I've been to Sillytown too much lately.

Two big monkeys just got off my back though so I'm all about getting out for the rest of the seasons!
