Nordern
I am in need of new tires for my 2012 wheelhouse. Any suggestions on a good place to get them? Assume I just need to match the load rating of the current one? Thanks for the help.
Big Dave2
Lots of junk trailer tires out there from China that people are having lots of problems with. It appears right now that the 2 best trailer tires available are Maxxis or Goodyear Endurance. I just put Goodyear Endurance on my camper a couple weeks ago. They are load range D instead of load range C like most cheaper ST trailer tires on the market.
fishingstar
power king towmax str and goodyear marathon are probably the best trailer tire on the market. They are both radial tires but the power king has a wider size selection. I work for a trailer manufacture and the power king is all they put on. Read an RV forum and you will see that most people are replacing towmax and other Chinese tires as soon as they take delivery of a new RV. Maxxis and now the new Goodyear Endurance tires are widely considered the best st tires on the market. You might have good luck occasionally with the towmax especially on a lighter trailer but I definitely recommend giving the new Goodyear Endurance a try.
