Bryce
The flawless DNR system has sent me duplicates of the waterfowl and pheasant stamp. Can I give/sell them to a fellow hunter or are they not valid unless the license indicates that the stamp has been purchased? Wish I had checked my license before I opened them. Would think that this could have been a great retirement bonus for some young hunter if he held onto them for 50+ years as a collectors item in their unopened condition. BDR
I think I would just hang on to it and save for a collector. For $5 I think I would just rather not go around the intended purpose of the regs.I do know your stamp does not have to be listed on your liscence so there would be no way to prove whether it was legit or not.------------------I'd rather be skunked than follow the crowd!Brian Rogers JR's TackleCatch-N Tackle and Bio Bait[This message has been edited by BDR (edited 06-27-2004).]
Bryce
Thanks for the clarification on the legality. Let me clarify myself. I am all for the stamp program. The hunters I am thinking of giving/selling the stamp put way more into the habitat program than the $15 worth of stamps.
wasssit
Stamps take forever to get. They need to make it easier to get.
