New to me ice fishing sled

Guy by our lake cottage said Make an Offer, so I did.  I got this setup (Sled, trailer, 8 new belts, 3 new spare tires) for $1250, it's a 08 T570 with 2K miles.  I was looking for a smaller sled for the kids and wife.  Not great reviews but I think I got a pretty good deal if not I don't have much into it.  It starts great, new track and studs 2 years ago, no cracks in the plastic or the seat.

 

No one in our family trail rides but it should be good running back and forth to the ice shack.
