That is a normal thing here in Arizona, heck i had one hit me Friday on way home that pushed me across 2 lanes of the freeway.  We will start having our daily dust storms in June and when it rains inside of them, you get hit with clumps of mud.  Oh the fun times of the desert.  This is down town Phoenix on nice summer day.
