jramsber
I wanted to take a little survey and see what type and brand of line people use for various techniques. I posted some other techniques under the bass section if anyone is interested. Anyway, what do you prefer for 1. Jigging 2. Rigging 3. Bottom bouncing 4. Trolling cranks
BobT
I primarily jig fish so for me that's what I'm rigged up for. For that, I prefer power lines. I have been using Fireline and recently started using Nanofil. I find that I like Nanofil better as it is smoother and moves easier through the rod guides. I do tie on a mono or fluorocarbon leaders. jramsber
delmuts
I second with Bob T. Braid then a flouro leader for jigging. I use this set up for casting cranks also.
BobT
I use a little more stout rod for trolling cranks and live bait rigs but again I have found that I prefer the power lines for this too. It seems I have better hook-setting potential with the power lines over mono.
