Promos Gobbstopper Jake/Hen

Anybody use these decoys, or have an opinion about them?  I was thinking about getting either the Avian or a DSD decoy.  I've used the cheaper foam/rubber decoys in the past and have had success with them, but have also had a lot of birds hang up well outside of range.  Anyway, for Christmas my kids bought me the Primos Gobbstopper Jake and I also got the hen.  Are they worth keeping or do I return them and buy the avian or DSD?

I have the Avian X strutter decoy and love it!!!! I shot a nice Tom over it last season! I also have two Avian X breeder hens that are awesome. I want to get the DSD Jake decoy. Only down side of the DSD is that they are not collapsible. Here is the picture of the Avian X.

The DSD are sure awesome decoys, but man are they expensive. I have a couple Avian hen decoys along with a Dakota Best Decoy half strut Jake.  Great success with this set up over the past several years.

I do have one of the gogglestoppers you mentioned and have never had much success with it.

I have 2 avian x hens. Not quite ready to throw away another $100 on the avian x jake I picked up the gobstopper jake/hen combo. After I took em out of the box I looked at them......and looked at them..........and went back to store, returned them and bought the avian x 1/4 strut jake.

Not that you couldn't shoot turkeys over them. God knows I've shot some turkeys over awful looking foam contraptions. It's more that I had my heart set on a complete set of avian x (and yes, they are real and they are fantastic). I think for the time/money/effort one spends afield, just a touch more realism may make or break that one or two hunts every few years that justify the extra money.
