Suburu did have a run of some sort of engine problem, oil consumption I think, recently.

I have condemned a couple that had run out of oil as well. I had one customer that could not understand how they could be out of oil when they still had time left before there oil change.... I think Subaru runs a 7,500 mile service.

So, if it starts using a quart every 5000?   How long does it take to go from a quart in 1500 to a quart in 500, or even 300 on one of the problem suburus?
