it depends on the jam but I like the smoothness of jelly.  To stay on (actually off) topic jelly or jam could be smoked for sure!  Smoked apricot jam sounds good to me.

I think you need a jar of this to smear on yer smoked toast squares. 

 

 

 

Be pretty good on a pressure-cooked infused roast....or a roast beef sammich.

SMOKED ONION JAM!!!  I'm in for some of that....    Sounds great to me!  I will store it next to the new pressure cooker...  Just to keep on topic.  OR maybe a guy could make some in the pressure cooker.  Why not?
