How long would you Brine Bone-in CSR?

I bought a pack of CSR's and was thinking of sticking them in the CB Brine for a few days but wondering just how long I need to have them in there.  I would think 24 hours maybe?  Just to get some hammy flavor?

that will be plenty for the slight hamminess and they will be moist.  I do them 4-8 hours depending on if I got to it or not and they are great.

I agree.  One full day would be good.  Just have to consider the thickness of the ribs for the time in the brine.  They are cut in "strips" normally 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick so that 24 hr. period is good.  good luck.

I do mine 6-8 hrs.in concentrated apple juice or a good apple cider, flipping over occasionally. They soak up pretty well in that amount of time. Makes for some great ribs.

I've also done the crockpot deal where I put a half gallon of good apple juice in there with the ribs.  Turned out pretty good.  I'm just on this brining kick where I want to try it out.
