Got the owner's manual?   The wiring stuff is in the owners manual for my 98. 

 

Or look for the manual online.  Last resort is trial and error... Pull a fuse and look for what quits working.

Looks like you would have to search for it.  Or you could contact Lund. 

Or if you can wait I can take a picture of the layout on my 98, it might be the same.  It would be a few days.
