bustumup Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 Makes 2 loaves.6lb 80/20 ground beef4 eggs1 cup ketchup2 cups bread crumbs4 jalapeno peppers (de-seeded & sliced)2 cups cheddar (1/8-1/4" chunks)1 cup worcestershire1 tblsp montreal steak seasoning split ingredients & mix in two large bowls. Form two loaves & mop on some more ketchup or your favorite bbq sauce to cover loaves. Cook @ 225 til center reaches 160. I usually only smoke first hour with apple or cherry.
