ELECTRIC SMOKER

My son in law just bought the Bradley 30' digital smoker and had to return in 2 times before getting one that would hold its temp and would achieve the desired max. heat temp as set although it was 50 degrees out and he was just smoking 2 whole chickens. This one seems to be working well though. I think I'll try the Masterbuilt in the same size as see if it's a more dependable unit.

the masterbuilts will vary a little from what the digi readout says. Mine sits outside all year and gets used all year.
