I have a low millage Ford F150 crew cab that is a dog for a truck. What is out there to wake it up? Or better what have you done?

You talking a new one or what can you do to the one you have now? How much do you want to spend for some zip?

Maybe a tranny reprogram, different cam, turbo kit? confused
