ice auger repair

My strikemaster mag 3 49cc auger finally wore down the gears. Still the best auger i've used in 40 yrs of icefishing, would hate to see it end it's career or me have to purchase the cheap new plastic strikemaster augers whose handles won't with stand much punishment. Anyone have ideas on where to find parts for these augers up near Bemidji? Taz

A quick search on c list shows a strikemaster auger for $50 OBO. If its a mag 3, or another auger that would work, you would have all kinds of spare parts.

I have read a lot about the great customer service so why not give the company a call and see if they can send you what you need.

Give the guys at D-Rock Center in New Brighton a call. They are an authorized Strikemaster repair center and I would imagine that they have quite a few spare parts. It's worth a call as they might be able to point you in the right direction if they don't have what you are looking for.
