I tried to call the DNR but they are closed. If it is true another questions is can I take a doe with it in a area that had a lottery? Thanks for any guidance. You could make the switch from one to the other before rifle season if you changed your mind about which season to hunt. You can't hunt two seasons with one license. Heck- you don't need to buy a spinning reel license, tip up license, and baitcaster license for fishing. Better be careful- might give someone an idea.
