Cold weather propane hose?

I thought I remember someone found a propane hose for heaters that was more flexible than the Mr Heater hoses? One would think that a propane hose for a heater would be flexible in cold weather who uses the heater in the summer?

Green hose = Stiff, but no contaminants leaked by hose to plug filter.

Black hose = flexible, but possible contaminants leaked over time so you should replace your filter from time to time.

That is my experience. I hated my green hose, but I love my black hose.
