Fresh Mallard, Kale & Mushrooms

Shot a few mallards this morning and decided to cook them up for supper. I marinated the breasts in Honey, shiracha and soy Soy sauce. Cooked the breasts medium. Make some bacon, onions, garlic, and both portabella and [PoorWordUsage] mushrooms and added the kale. A bit of Ponzi sauce and rice vinegar. Now I know why I get up so early!

Scratching my head as to what mushroom it could be. Know that a lot on our store shelves are grown in China now....maybe he put an expletive before that....because of that I know I dont want to eat a [PoorWordUsage] Chinese mushroom The recipe sounds good though.

I'm guessing it's a japanese mushroom

Wow I had no Idea that a simple store bought mushroom could be so offensive. I just learned something new again. Yes it was a Japanese mushroom that started with an S.
