Super short brace height? 6" is the new 7". I've been shooting a 6" brace for the last 5 years without any problems and most of the new bows use a 6" brace height. I think you'll find that a 7" or longer brace is getting harder to get.

The old rules about brace have changed as bow technology have changed. The new 6" bows are very shootable and there are a variety of 5" brace height bows now.

Thats a sweet ;looking bow. They are really nice bows, but I don't like the back wall on them. Its almost as fast as the PSE.

Funny you say that because when I first started shooting this bow I realized it was not NEAR as forgiving as my PSE x force.. After some shooting now I'm getting back into the swing of things and it is seeming to get easier to shoot each time I pick it up. As for the back wall.. That was a selling point for me, mine is rock solid on my 360 where as the Mathews bows I was shooting when I was choosing a bow were spongey unless you add there extra piece. I really like the bow, super fast, accurate, just not as "forgiving" as they lead you to believe. All in all... Great bow.

I have to totally agree with your assessment of this bow. I like it too, but never felt comfortable when I shot it. I too have an Xforce. I'm glad you like it. Its a burner for sure.
