JP Z
Okay, Wow.......that's about all I can say..it's only been 5 minutes since I had them and I had to come on here and post how awesome they were. So here's what I did I heated the smoker up to 225 with apple pellets Put a liberal sprinkling of Crazy Jane's Salt on them and put them in the smoker for an hour. Then I hit them on the grill to get up to an IT of 165. The buffalo sauce I used was 4 Tablespoons of Butter and a good dose of Franks Red Hot......just kinda went by taste on it. Once I put them on the grill I brushed the sauce on them and let'm cook a bit, then flipped and applied sauce to the other side....then pulled them and enjoyed! Delicious! BLACKJACK
Lookin good!!!I've always said that the people that throw away the pheasant thighs are throwing away a nice piece of meat!!! And in your method even the boney legs are good to chew on. Good job!!
