I mixed up a ground jerky recipe but I didn't get it all finished. How long do you think the raw mix with the cure and spices is good for? It's been 4 days since I made the mix up.

I like to go 4 hours at least on ground jerky mix or overnight. If it's just sitting in the fridge I have not heard that it's no good if it sits longer. Dry it up and send samples please. smile
