Morels.... It's that time again

So what's everyones favorite Morel usage???? This year I've gotten some greys and just starting on the yellows. Some of my favorite uses below I've done this year..... [*]I've been savings all the drippings for a mushroom soup any other ideas?

  • Fried in butter with Onions on a steak (venison is best)
  • In a stuffed burger with swiss cheese
  • Risotto (sp) with some shrimp
  • My wife likes them wrapped in tinfoil on the grill alone
  • pasta sauce italian style

Think my favorite is al dante cooked long wide egg noodles, hipster ones though, not the creamette. Lightly fried up shrooms in butter, onions, garlic. Throw that into a shallow pan with a beef stock. Let that simmer for 5 or so. Add some fresh earthy herbs like thyme, parsely, oregano, ect. Add noodles and a good chunk of goat cheese. Cook just a little more till the sauce thickens. A little of cornstarch if needed. Serve with fresh cracked pepper.
