Sliced up cabbage, red and orange pepper. Sauteed in olive oil and some butter. Something new and really good.

So then you just fried them in oil? Like Deep Fried? Or more of a Pan Fry? Either way, I love me some Cabbage!

pan fried like i do onions and peppers but tried cabbage cuz the onion bin was empty. next time, all 3
