DrJuice1980
I like pickled northern and pickled herring, thought Id try my hand at some pickled tullies. Didn't really alter the recipe. Pickling salt soak-2 days, vinegar soak-1 day. Combo of white vinegar and cider vinegar, white wine, sugar, pickling spices. On the right I got some orange/red/yellow peppers with onions. On the left I got a Hot batch. Threw in a "little" (lots) of cayenne pepper seasoning along with red jalapenos, onions and zucchini. The juice tasted amazing before jarring. Got another day to go before I try em out.

DrJuice1980
The hot one was really good. Hot, spicy and sweet. The zucchini in there was really good. I'm glad I had a spare one, it's already in there.
DrJuice1980
Heres a little lay out. I highly recommend next time you pickle fish, you do a hot batch. The sweet hits you first then its hot and spicy from there. mmmm

DrJuice1980
I really like the hot batch, the other is a little bland.
