I keep mine in plastic bags, but not he ones they come in.( I still like to keep them separate and may have more than one color/brand to a compartment) I transfer mine into zip lock storage bags. Much more pliable and take up less space. The snack size works awesome!

2 things ive done with my plastics, either keep in original bag (if still good) and put all those bags in empty ice cream bucket. If they dry out, I throw em in a gulp big jar which I bought on sale specifically for this purpose. My go to "tackle boxes" are empty ice cream buckets with the lids. water proof, organized, easily accessible, and I just store them in the dry live well. only thing I use organizers for is cranks now.

I picked up one of the Plano Worm bags cheap it holds about 30 bags of plastics. so I kinda rotate them out as needed for my different trips. I try to keep my plastics in their own bags if possible, or I'll move to the snack size ziplocks like Del said.

Picked up a zippered bag at BProShop a few yrs.ago. Kind of like a glorified binder that holds ziplock type bags that have metal grommets for the binder rings. It has held up well and the extra bags are reasonable. Depending on how many worms, creatures, etc. are in a package, I sometimes put the package in the zip bag, just in case the orig. bag leaks. Some of those baits can smell rather interesting. Case in point, the Uncle Josh Meat Leeches I bought last year. They seem to be bio-degrading into a milky, smelly mess. Maybe they will make good "Kitty" bait this Spring.

Hope you are all healed up from your propane injury, Mr. Pike.
