Opener advice

It will be fine for opener. When is the last time you remember back to back exactly the same springs, it will be different than last year. That can only mean improvement. It's pure science!

There really is not enough ice to cause problems. Once the snow starts melting it will eat up the ice in a quick hurry. I do believe it will shorten the spring late ice bite that I love to fish. Most of the winter has been messed up so why would that be any different crazy

I know we have significantly more ice and snow on the lakes here in Central Mn then we did last winter. Hopefully we don't get the same March and April as last year because we got dumped on and overall they wee pretty chilly.

Seems the lakes up north got more snow early so less ice this winter. All we can do is sit back and watch because we can't do a thing about the weather.

Rivers could be very busy again this spring.
