AMISH MUSTARD EGGS Boil and Peel 12 eggs and put into a heat proof container. 4 Tablespoons yellow mustard2/3 cup of sugar1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 cup white vinegar3/4 cup water2 drops of yellow food coloring Mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring almost constantly. Pour sauce over eggs. Let cool. Put container in Fridge for 72 hours to let eggs absorb the sauce.

JP Z
Alright you've twisted my arm. I still have yet to boil any eggs with the pin "poke" method either so I guess the whole "2 birds one stone" thing should come into play. delcecchi
Eggs are less than 2 bucks a dozen. What you got to lose?
JP Z
Just had the first one......TASTY! Would make an amazing deviled egg I would think. Will have to try another batch as the texture of these is a bit weird since they aren't soaking in the normal vinegar solution so it really caused the whites to be "rubbery"
