New HT Tipup W/Adjustable Flag

Has anyone found these anywhere, or know exactly what they are called? I keep seeing them on TV, but I can't figure out which one it is or where to get a few.

The hit polar therm round tip up has a pretty tall flag also.

Polar has had that for years. I don't like it much, it seems like a heavy bulky, uneeded feature. It doesn't hurt anything but I 've never not been able to see a regular flag.

I've seen it on a normal HT polar tip up. Its great. As the snow gets deeper it will come more into play. Even now with snow almost a foot deep on some parts of the lake, it can be hard to see a short flag. I'm not a fan of the extending type like an antenna. I just like a tall flag.
