Prototype Genz "Blue Box "

[Stringerless!]

I have an old school blue box that had the metal ball and clamp for the transducer rod on the side. The original one broke and a buddy gave me his when he upgraded to a new unit with a floating transducer. I am looking for ideas of what else I could use. They are not online at the vex HSOforum.Right now just using a scissor clamp to hold transducer against the box

but it is nowhere near level. Any ideas on another system or where I could find this part ? Maybe I am just searching in the wrong place. Bought the unit at a sport show at least 25 years ago. Some of you guys will not have any idea what I am talking about.Unit still works like a charm.

try something what marcum use's I made one out aluminum.

Could buy the vexilar float kit too.

Marcum arm will not work. My style of puck has the wire coming out of the side not the top. Think it would still float out of whack because of that.

Save yourself the headache and get a new Ice Ducer! I would highly recommend getting the Pro View.
