99" ski doo GT issue

99 GT 700 triple, seems boggy at take off.Just bought it so I went through quit a bit of stuff. Suspension, new slides all new bearings, new rear shock and greased. New plugs, new belt, pulled driven clutch cleaned polished ramps and new nylons ramp slides. Just does not seem responsive, after rpms are up a bit its great.

So, did you get to try it out very well when you bought it? If so did it do it then? Were you able to do a compression check when you bought it? If not you may want to do one now.

Bogging is often caused by a rich mixture. After running it a while pull the plugs and see how they look. Too dark and sooty it could be as simple as a choke (enrichment circuit open causing a rich condition. Either way, if you haven't done it already and are unfamiliar with the past maintenance, start with a good carb cleaning and compression check to establish a baseline to proceed from.
