Plastics for walleyes.

Does anyone have a brand of plastic that works good for walleye. Is there something you tip your jig rod with other than a minnow head. On a set line I think you need a live minnow but not on the jig rod.

Sometimes the fake minnow heads work on aggressive fish, Jigging raps and chubbie darters ect will also take fish without being tipped...

I have been trying to Berkley powerbaits but not a lot of success. A lot of lookers but not much success

I like the Impulse Tapeworm and Trigger X Nymph and Flap Tail Grub. Northland also came out with the Impulse Perch Eye that has been icing a few here and there tipped on spoons.

The Tapeworm and the Scud Bug have worked for me too. They are true killers out on Mille lacs Lake.
