strikemaster snap covers?

hi thinking of buying one of these for the blades. looks like you just pull it apart and snap it on. worth the cash or no thanks

worth it ten fold, i had one on my 8 inch laser bit, so nice to just snp it on, travel, kick it off, drill, an stap it back on....beats breaking those dumb rubber straps, and it wont come lose once it is on! wish they would have made one for the synthetic strike lite bit..

I won't own a auger without one. Cold Snap Outdoors makes them for SM. You can order them straight from them, great people!

Are you talking about a Jiffy auger. Cold Snap has covers for them:

Just look through their products. Looks like they have covers for all the major auger brands. If they don't have what you need, contact them and I'm sure they will point you in the right direction. Seems like most fishing companies are that way nowdays.

at the ice show I saw they were selling magnets that screw on to your exsisting cap and then stuck to the blades. seem to hold pretty well. Anybody try these?

Nope skip the magnets they are junk, tried that on a nils, get a cover from cold snap outdoors.

No, it would be nice if they made a Snap cover for a Strikemaster "Chipper" blade but I checked their site and they don't.

Love, love, love the Cold Snap cover. Fits my Jiffy 8" extremely well and has never come off once I've put it on and is easily to take off and put back on quickly with minimal effort. I can not recommend them enough.

I think you're right. I inquired through their HSOforum and he said they have a cover for the Jiffy chipper blade, but not the Strikemaster Mag 2000.
