minnesotathorn Posted November 28, 2013 Share Posted November 28, 2013 anyone got a receipe for these. cosco has ground bison but can't find much info. one site said it had to be frozen for 60 days at 0 F to kill any parasites. had planed on using nesco mix & jerky shooter with round barrel. got any advise I am listening. Mike89 Posted November 28, 2013 Share Posted November 28, 2013 If you got it at Costco, the meat was most likely inspected by the USDA, at the very least it could come from an equal too plant also.
