Agronomist_at_IA
Well I bought one, had it for a year or so. Now I'm trying to figure out/contact company on the warranty stuff. After spending $100 on a knife you think someone at the company could at least contact a guy back. I'll never buy one again I've called, emailed and tried about everything, only to have no response or contact. What a joke it's become.
blackdog1101
I thought I read the guy who maked them died. Seriously. Whatever knives were available for purchase were made before he passed.
otterman91105
I also have one. Not sure if i like it or not. Would rather filet fish with an electric knife.

blackdog1101
Yeah I did some googling and see they're still being sold. Canney, however, did die in 2011. It looks like the company that made the blank for him now makes and sells the entire knife.

leechlake
call Reeds in Walker they should be able to help you quickly. If the first person you talk to then ask for Jeff Arnold, he will take your call and have a solution.
RiverChuckNorris
Was passed one down from my dad. We've had it around 20 years combined. I straighten the blade for 30 secs or so prior to each cleaning session and have never sharpened it. It's a phenomenal knife IMO and I'd sell one to any of my friends/family. They gave me a number to call, which I had called a month ago left a message no response and I left another message on that same number yesterday no response.Has far as the knife goes it worked great, but the handle came apart.......understandable things happen, just frustrating that I can seem to find anyone to service the warranty. I'll call reeds again and try this Jeff Arnold hopefully he can put me in contact with someone that can help me.
