Kyle
Last year was my first year trapping and my most effective baits were sardines for dirt hole sets, and cat food, marshmallows, and fish oil in the dog proof traps. I have also mixed peanut butter in with the cat food and marshmallows and it worked well.I'm always looking for new ideas. What is your most effective coon bait? Eric Wettschreck
I always used muskrats that I trapped, and cut up into tiny bits after I skun them out. Put the tiny bits in a jar with some honey and let it sit in the sun for a while to get good and smelly. This will attract skunks, fox, and yotes also.
