What a wild day at Kansas with the tires and the track.

Jimmy had a bad fast car but he always started in the wrong position and went back. I wonder how many cars he passed today and survived in the end with his car issue. Bad deal when he was pitting and the caution came out as that really cost him. Could have been a bad day for points but he survived.

Kenseth, like Jimmy had a tough day but in the end, survived and held onto his points lead by a few. Kenesth and the speeding penalty was a bad deal also but Matt, like JJ, survived and come out of it well.

Kyle, very bad day. One should never upset the 42 unless you are looking to crash.

Gordo really had a great day along with Harvick.

I guess Dega will still be the wild card and if Jimmy and Matt get through that race well, it will be a fun last 4-5 races.

Maybe Harvick can make a run at it yet also aloing with Gordo.

I'm sure that's what NASCAR is hoping for. Before today it was much too early for only 3 cars in contention and I'm glad things got shook up today.

You have to think Jr. would be right there with them if not for that fluke engine failure in Chicago.

Correct LMT, Jr could have been there but with that race, it dropped him out of it.

Jimmy could have been in the same spot but he was a little lucky at the end of that race yesterday.

Did anyone hear what the problem was with his car the last 2 laps? I was happy he only lost 1 position and still gained some points of Kenseth. Great teams always seem to get tha max points even with issues, as Matt did yesterday.
